During the event, photo, audio and video recordings may be created for spiritual documentation, livestreaming, community communication and media purposes.

The event is organised by Bhakti Marga Luxembourg asbl.
Audiovisual production, livestreaming and operation of the Bhakti+ platform are carried out by Bhakti Event GmbH.

Bhakti Marga Luxembourg asbl and Bhakti Event GmbH act as joint controllers pursuant to Article 26 GDPR regarding the creation and publication of media recordings related to the event.

Recordings may be published worldwide via: Bhakti+ App, Bhakti Marga websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, and other official Bhakti Marga channels.

Some platforms or service providers may be located outside the EU/EEA, including in countries where a level of data protection equivalent to the GDPR may not exist.

Further information regarding the processing of personal data, international data transfers, joint controllership arrangements and your rights can be found in the Privacy Policy.
